Gifted By Terri provides personalized luxury gift shopping services, including consultation, gift selection, procurement, wrapping, and delivery/arrangement for pickup. We strive to fulfill your gifting needs based on the information you provide regarding recipient preferences, occasion, and budget.

3. Consultations

Initial consultations may be conducted via phone, email, or in person. The purpose of the consultation is to understand your gifting requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

4. Gift Selection and Procurement

We will present you with gift options based on your specifications. While we make every effort to source items from preferred brands and retailers, availability is subject to change. We will communicate any significant changes in availability or pricing to you for approval before proceeding with a purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

You will receive a detailed invoice outlining the cost of the gift(s), any applicable service fees, and delivery charges. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.

6. No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our service and our partnerships with various brands and retailers, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for gift purchases. If a gift arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or repair, subject to the policies of the brand or retailer. However, we cannot guarantee a specific resolution, especially in cases where brand partnerships are involved, as we are bound by their policies.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We will arrange for the delivery of gifts to the recipient or for pickup, as per your instructions. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers. For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

8. Recipient Information

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including name, address, and contact details. We are not liable for gifts delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and any materials provided to you are the intellectual property of Gifted By Terri and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services (e.g., sharing delivery information with a courier) or as required by law.
